NOTES
The cost of tack stalls, grooming stalls, bedding and housing expenses for BHRF staff are equally divided by the number of participating horses. Board at home continues while horses are at shows. Horses not boarded at BHRF are charged $20. additional per day coaching ($90. total as shown in show price list), $10. additional per day day care ($80. full care or $45. basic care), and $10. additional each ride. Horses not on any type of daily care with BHRF are charged an additional $10. for coaching and rides. This balances out the fact that boarders pay board while their horses are away at shows, and that there are additional expenses to having staff at horse shows that are built into our Day Care pricing structure, and equals out the pricing for everyone. Coaching & riding charges include the built-in cost of reimbursement for showing staff food expenses. Fees and expenses paid by BHRF for clients and billed on account will incur a 10% surcharge.
All Customers at the show, whether schooling or showing split the cost of lodging for BHRF staff, pro-rated per horse.

Children at shows or otherwise left in the care of Matt Lawson or other BHRF personnel (not with parents) must send $25.00 per day with the trainer for meals and expense money for the child prior to traveling and at shows.

Customers not escorting their horse and or children to shows should include three checks per week for braiding, entries and hotel reimbursement.

Customers approved for and billed on account will accrue a 1.8% per month interest charge on the account balance after 30 days should the balance not be paid in full by 60 days. Customers with unpaid balances of 90 days may not attend shows. As a condition of being billed on account, any client billed on account agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees. A $ 25.00 discount is available to boarders on their BOARD if the ENTIRE bill is paid by the 10th of the month, giving the client a zero balance.

All prices quoted for services in this rate sheet are based on BHRF charging a minimum of 15% commission on the price of any horse or pony sold or leased by or to all clients. Since leases usually cost far less than sales but involve similar expenditure of time and effort to organize and close, lease commissions to BHRF will not exceed 50% of the total transaction, but depending upon the amount involved will usually be less. This allows us to expend the necessary time and effort to help our riders and owners obtain better quality animals, and when selling, market them on a broader basis. In addition, this enables us to maintain the high standards of our operation and premises to the benefit of all clients using our services.

PLEASE TIP THE HELP ! $2 TO $5 PER DAY IS RECOMMENDED. YOU CERTAINLY MAY TIP MORE IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU SHOULD. THEY WORK VERY, VERY LONG HOURS AND TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR HORSES THAN MOST………
