Broodmare Lease Program The lease, for a mare for a Hennessey Breeding, for the 2010 Breeding Season is, $250 a month or a one time payment of $2500. The lease covers the mare from final execution of the contract until birth of a live foal. Upon foal's arrival until weaning, board for mare and foal is $550 per month, which is for full care, everything is included (i.e. farrier, vaccinations, worming, feed, and registration of foal in both USEF/USHJA and the breed registry of choice, ATA or RPSI). The foal owner is responisble for taking foal for inspection presentation or contracting Broad Hill Run Farm,LLC to do so outside of this aggrement. This lease agreement assumes the foal will be weaned at 3 months or later. Lessee is responsible for all vet bills associated with breeding. If foals stays after weaning there will be additional charges: Board $300/month; vaccinations, worming, vet charges, farrier are the responsibility of the owner. Please remember while foal is at Broad Hill Run Farm, LLC he or she will be treated as one of our "babies"; thus, daily handling and training will be taking place to ensure a good start in life. References regarding our foal training are available. For Breeding to Gallant Reward*: Conditions of lease: Mare stays at Broad Hill Run Farm, LLC. Once mare foals and Foal is weaned, at scheduled time, the foal owner will come and take possession of foal, or make other anouther aggreement with Broad Hill Run Farm, LLC. Weaning will take place no earlier than 3 months.
